If you are like me, you are busy, really busy and this time of year is even more hectic. There are parties, work do’s and traveling to see family. And it’s cold, this week I have had epic hat hair! Not to mention the cold air and then the central heating creating the frizz! And while big handbags are still pretty fashionable it’s sometimes nice to travel light.
When the rechargeable straightener by Paul Mitchell was presented to me….my eyes rolled, over the years I have seen many mini straighteners and they are just pretty ineffective. This is not a mini straightener. It’s a shorter straightener (a total of 8inches). So the plates are still as wide as most on the market but they are just a bit shorter. So you can get a similar amount of hair in between the plates. The plates are bevelled and so you can curl with them. They get just as hot as my other straighteners topping out at 200degrees. The plates are smooth and glide through the hair. You get about 30minutes styling time on a single charge which is plenty to spruce up your hair in the go.
They charge a little bit like you would charge your mobile phone and as you can see aren’t much bigger than a regular Iphone . They also come with a heat proof cover and the plates lock for quick storage , no need to wait for them to cool. And if you are thinking about these for holiday use, they are dual voltage.
The Paul Mitchell Neuro styler will be your buddy when you are running late, often my makeup goes on, on the tube or while sitting in a cab! now I expect to be seen using my new Paul Mitchell, Neuro style unplugged on my way. Now, if this was an advert I’d love to say I’d enter the cab looking bedraggled and leave like a super model…..but I suspect it will take a little more than a styler to make that miracle happen!
