If you are already a client at WWW.Comb you will know we have loyal staff. This is excellent news for us! You won’t arrive one day to find your favourite stylist has disappeared without warning, leaving you in a cold sweat about trying somebody new. Our close knit team work in synergy and we can completely rely on each other to produce fabulous work. We see our customers as WWW.Comb clients and share accordingly without rivalry. This creates a fabulous atmosphere in Salon!
However we realise that we can’t exist in a little WWW.Comb bubble! Inspiration comes from the outside world, keeping up with fashion and industry trends is paramount. Making sure our ideas are fresh and skills up to date! With this in mind Aimee and Fran took a trip to enjoy a Busman’s holiday. They were lucky enough to visit The Coach House in Wolverhampton the Salon owned by Legendary couple Allyson and Steve Clewlow. With big personalities and hearts to match the pair are known for their award winning styles, avantgarde colour creations and stars of the recent documentary “Little Britons – A Cut above”. A TV show exploring competition hairdressing in the UK.
This was not a jaunt to learn standard hairdressing practice but rather to enjoy working in a different salon and experiment with their way of working. Also put ourselves in your shoes! (something we don’t get to do very often) So Aimee and Fran both experienced being the customer, not only a treat but a reminder of how lovely it is to be pampered.
For a few days Aimee and Fran had new bosses and planned to impress them. They produced styles for The Coach House Clients, creating beautifully blended dipdyes, Corrected a new client’s uneven highlights and dabbled with new cutting techniques. The pair arrived back at WWW.Comb excited brimming with ideas and looking forward to trying them out!
